Your influencer posts a link. Everything you spent getting that post is decided in the ten seconds after someone taps it.
This is the machine those taps land in. Five steps — my job is the site those taps land on and the checkout behind it.
It's built on Shopify, custom coded — not a bought theme with the colors changed. Shopify quietly handles the parts of clothing that ruin launches: every size tracked separately, sold-out sizes that stop taking orders instead of overselling during your spike, apparel sales tax calculated automatically at checkout state by state (registering and filing with each state is still yours), and the tools for processing a return built in.

One shirt, one page. The whole site is built around it — the artwork is the hero and nothing on the page competes with it. Sizes and stock are set up individually so a size that sells out stops taking orders on its own.
Designed and coded from scratch around the shirt. Black, minimal, nothing competing with the product. Built for phones first, because that's where your traffic comes from.
Every size is its own count. When XL runs out it shows sold out and stops taking orders — so you never sell forty shirts you don't have during a traffic spike.
Your address connected and locked with a security certificate on every version of it, and the page tuned so clicks don't bounce while it loads.
Real test orders put through on a phone and a computer. You watch one land before we go live — you'll have seen it work with your own eyes.
Counted from the day your payment and your shirt photos land with me. Two rounds of changes are included along the way.
Four more things wired into the site. I install them and make sure they work. Operating them — what you write, what you send, who you post with — is yours.
I set up analytics and a trackable link for each person you work with. Your dashboard then shows sales by source. I install it and confirm it records correctly — reading it and deciding what to do next is yours.
A signup built into the page that saves the email of any visitor who fills it in straight to your Shopify list, so your next drop launches to people you already own instead of starting from zero. The list is yours. What you send it, and when, is yours.
If someone gets as far as checkout, enters their email and then leaves without paying, Shopify can email them a reminder. I turn it on, style it to match the brand, and test that it fires. It then runs on its own inside your account.
When your link gets shared — in a message, a text, a group chat, anywhere a link preview appears — it shows the artwork and your name instead of a raw web address. It's a setting on the site, and I make sure it's set correctly.
Whatever you've shot, plus any logo or brand files you have.
How many you have in each size, before we launch.
Your measurements. Wrong sizing is the number one cause of returns.
In your words. I'll put it on the site and wire it into checkout.
And your Shopify account, opened in your name on your card. You own the store outright from day one — I work inside it as a collaborator, so there's nothing to untangle later and nothing of yours sitting in my name. Your bank and business details go into Shopify Payments in your name — that's what switches your payouts on, and only you can do it. Start it early; verification can take a few days.
Drawing this line clearly is what keeps us friends. I'm your web guy, not your marketing guy. I build the thing your campaign points at, and I make sure it works. Everything below stays with you.
Finding, paying, briefing or managing influencers. Posting. Any of it.
Shooting the shirt. Making the videos and images that get posted.
On The Store tier and above the tools get wired in and tested. Writing and sending is always yours.
That's your product, your price, your campaign. I make sure the store works.
Also not included: fulfilment, shipping the orders, customer service, registering and filing your sales tax with each state, and content edits. Everything here is one page — a separate About, lookbook or contact page is extra. Any of it can be added later, and I'll give you the price first.
The difference is what the site can hold, how much runs on its own after launch, and how long I stay on it with you.
You don't have to pay it all at once. Split any tier into instalments at checkout with Klarna or Afterpay — approval takes seconds, and I still get paid in full so your build starts immediately. No paperwork, no waiting on me.

Whatever you pick, checkout is handled by Stripe — I never see your card details. The exact options shown depend on your device and the amount; Klarna and Afterpay are available on all three tiers.

The shirt now, and space for two more whenever you make them — each with their own sizes and stock, all on the same page. Built in from the start rather than bolted on later.
Built so swapping in the next product takes minutes, plus a written walkthrough of exactly how to do it. No rebuild, no calling me, no new invoice.
Your first three months cost $3 total, which covers the whole launch and your influencer run. Full price starts in month four.
On a $45 shirt, Shopify's cut is about $1.60. Current plan pricing: shopify.com/pricing
Payment. Paid in full to begin. Work starts the day payment and your assets are in.
Refunds. Cancel before I start building and you get all of it back. Once the build starts it's non-refundable, because you're paying for time set aside for you. If I don't deliver what this document describes, you get a full refund.
Timeline. Live within 10 business days of that day. The clock pauses any time I'm waiting on you — late assets, or feedback on a revision round — and restarts when it lands.
Ownership. The Shopify account, the domain, and everything in them are yours, in your name, from day one.
Revisions. Two rounds of changes during the build. After launch, your support window — 7, 14 or 30 days depending on your tier — covers anything I built that isn't working right. Content changes are quoted first.
Agreement. You sign this document before paying, and paying confirms it again. What's in here is what I'm building — nothing outside it is included unless we agree it in writing.
Tell me which of the three you want. I'll email you this scope to sign, and once it's signed you'll get the payment link for that tier.
One price, once. $550, $750, or $1,650 depending on which tier you pick. You can split it into instalments with Klarna or Afterpay if you'd rather not pay it all at once. No monthly fee to me, ever, and nothing else owed after that.
Shirt photos, how many you have in each size, your sizing chart, and your return policy. Plus a Shopify account opened in your name.
Within 10 business days, a custom-built one-page store with your shirt on it, taking real money. Every size counted separately so you can't oversell. Tested on a phone and a computer before it goes live — you'll watch a test order come through yourself.
All of it. The store, the domain, the customer list, the money. In your name from day one. I have no hold on anything.
$1 a month for your first three months, then $39 a month. Plus about $1.60 of every $45 shirt you sell. Paid to them, not to me.
Anything marketing. Running the campaign, influencers, photos, ad creative, sending the emails, and how much you end up selling. Also fulfilment, shipping, customer service, registering and filing your sales tax, and content edits.
Put simply: you bring the product and the campaign. I build the thing your campaign points at, make sure it takes money properly, and hand you the keys.
Questions on any of it, call me. Otherwise tell me which tier and we start.
